It is a meaningful and unforgettable week.
The moments we sat in LT1, having the principal
sharing her knowledge of provinces in China, and buddies standing up to read
out our names, are still so fresh in my memory, as if it just took place
yesterday. Although I hated to get up so early, although I felt sleepy throughout
each day, I am now reluctant to leave my classmates and teachers, as they are
so friendly, empathetic, and active.
My buddy, En Tian, is a kind, thoughtful, considerate,
and competent person. It was very nice talking to her, since she always had got
a lot of experience and ideas to share. The class teacher, Mr. Ho, is also a
very kind and interesting person, whom I found very similar to my biology
teacher in high school in China. During the five days, I attended each class
with my classmates, which gave me the feeling of being a member of a class that
I have not felt for more than half a year since I came to Singapore. That was
warm and comfortable!
Victoria is like a whole family. I like the environment
there. During breaks, there was sound of the piano from time to time, and there
were students sitting as a circle, playing games or doing homework. Once, I went
into the tree house with my classmates and played games with them, which was
full of fun! I also remember the cookies in Victoria, which were nice and
popular. The sad thing is that every time I went there to ask for apple
lattice, it was either unready or sold out. I hope someday, I can go to
Victoria again and have a chance to try it!
I am looking forward to the outing with our buddies
next Sunday, and I hope that it won’t be the last time that I can have fun with
En Tian.
