Today, I finally experienced how a PE class
in JC is like. The PE teacher is a young man full of sense of humor and he was
from NUS also. He taught us how to play free spin and managed a competition at
the end of the class. Although I once learned how to play free spin before, I
did not perform well in the competition and made several mistakes. I think I
should have be more active and stand out to lead our team at that time because
I may be the one who knew the free spin best among them. However, I did not do
that, partly because I was still not very familiar with all of them.
My roommate told me that his buddy feel
very surprised that Chinese senior high school students should not have CCA.
Although my roommate explained a lot, he still feel quite confused and mistaken
our PE lessons as our CCA. Since it seems that Singaporean students do not
understand how life could be without CCA, I think I am going to explain this question
more clearly on the presentation on the education system on Friday afternoon.
